CAREERS
Finance & Business Operations Manager
Minerva Medical Group | U.S.-based remote | Full-time, W-2 | $85,000–$110,000, commensurate with experience
This is a foundational finance and operations position reporting directly to the CEO. You will own the financial and contractual backbone of a rapidly scaling company, with financial visibility at the center of the role: the cash flow management, forecasting, and financial modeling that leadership uses to plan Minerva's continued expansion across sites, contracts, and personnel. You will manage contract follow-up and administration across multiple client contracts and operating locations; own internal accounting operations, including invoicing, payables, receivables, and coordination with outside accounting support; support government contract and grant administration, reporting, and compliance; prepare clear, decision-ready reports for company leadership; and develop the financial processes and controls the company will operate on for years to come. For the right candidate, this role is a path to senior financial leadership as the company grows.
Required: 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, or contract administration; demonstrated experience with cash flow management and financial forecasting; the ability to operate independently in a lean, fast-moving environment where you will design processes rather than inherit them; and strong organizational discipline, spreadsheet, and written communication skills. This position involves access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Human Resources Manager
Minerva Medical Group | U.S.-based remote | Full-time, W-2 | $70,000–$88,000, commensurate with experience
You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle of a growing multi-state, W-2 workforce of physicians, medics, nurses, specialists, and operational personnel. This is a generalist position with broad responsibility — from onboarding senior clinical specialists to resolving benefits questions for personnel in the field — and you will establish the company's HR foundation rather than maintain an inherited one. You will manage personnel administration and employment documentation across all sites; coordinate payroll in partnership with finance and outside providers; administer benefits and the 401(k) plan as the primary point of contact for employee questions; manage W-2 employee processes, records, and multi-state employment requirements; develop onboarding and offboarding processes suited to clinical and field personnel; establish internal HR systems as the company scales; coordinate with outside employment counsel, benefits advisers, and payroll providers; and support leadership on employee relations matters with judgment and discretion.
Required: 3+ years of HR generalist experience, ideally including a growth-stage or multi-state environment; working knowledge of payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employment documentation; high discretion with confidential information and sensitive employee matters; demonstrated ability to establish processes in a lean, growing organization; and strong organizational, follow-through, and written communication skills. This position involves access to information controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR); candidates must be U.S. persons as defined in 22 CFR 120.62 and able to successfully complete a background check.
