Minerva Medical Group Welcomes Dr. Curtis "Trey" Lowery as Chief Medical Officer

Minerva Medical Group is proud to welcome Dr. Curtis "Trey" Lowery as Chief Medical Officer. A dual-trained physician-scientist and board-certified emergency medicine specialist, Dr. Lowery brings over 16 years of experience spanning urban trauma centers, remote and austere environments, and the emerging frontier of commercial spaceflight medicine.

Dr. Lowery completed the Space Medicine Fellowship at the University of Texas in 2025, where he worked alongside NASA, SpaceX, Blue Origin, and VAST on astronaut training, inflight medical support, mission-specific medical kit development, and post-landing reconditioning. His operational background includes wilderness search and rescue, maritime and polar expeditions, and medical support in the high Arctic.

His addition to the Minerva team deepens the practice's clinical leadership and reinforces its commitment to world-class medical care at the edge of human exploration.
